Kelly and Justin were great to work with. We had a new furnace and heat pump installed and the system is working great. They answered all the questions ahead of time and worked with us to figure out all the equipment we needed. I would definitely recommend them!

Omg this is such a great service. Justin and Darius came in, quickly determined that the issue was a small one, installed a new, easy to use thermostat and did it ahead of schedule. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Thank you for being both effective and honest!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from a true family-owned HVAC company!
We recently had our aging AC system replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first phone call, the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain our options clearly, never pushed us toward the most expensive route, and gave us honest recommendations that fit our home and budget.
The technicians arrived on time, worked cleanly and efficiently, and treated our house with respect. Everything was installed perfectly, Pricing was fair and transparent—no surprise fees.
What really sets this company apart is the family-owned feel. You can tell they care about their reputation and their customers. It’s refreshing to deal with people who treat you like neighbors rather than just another job.
Highly recommend them for any heating or cooling needs. We’ll definitely be calling them again for future service and maintenance!

We recently had our furnace and air conditioner replaced by Comfort Ness, and they did amazing work. It’s a fantastic small business, and both owners, Justin and Kelly, along with their employee Cliff, came out to work on my system. They were fast, their prices are very fair, and the new equipment is terrific.
What really stood out was their honesty and customer service—I wanted to replace my thermostat, and Justin actually recommended I buy one myself to get a local rebate. He and Cliff then came back out just to install it for me! They were recommended to me by family, and now my wife and I will be recommending Comfort Ness to absolutely anyone who needs HVAC services. Five stars!"

Air went out Sunday evening. I called mid morning on Monday and they were there that afternoon. Made a quick diagnosis that the board on my furnace was bad. Furnace is 20 yrs old so he had to order it but it was there next day they came right back that afternoon and got it swapped out and now i have ICE cold AC again. Very Professional crew and staff with quick and knowledgable responses with great prices! HIGHLY recommend Comfort Ness Heating & Cooling!

So just a few days ago I went from sitting in a sauna to relaxing in comfort. I found comfort ness online gave the company a call and talked to Kelly who has a great personality and she set me up for an estimate with Justin. Justin stopped by broke things down was very much knowledged in what he does and was very personable and respectful as well. The two of them worked with me and my situation to help me make the best decision. The price was right the service was very professional and didn’t take long to install. I would recommend Comfort Ness to everyone. They did a great job thank you Comfort Ness.

Justin was very helpful when our AC gave out, he was straight up with the prices and did not try to up the price for something simple. He mentioned things the company before didn’t mention to us. Definitely recommend! Will be using them in the future!!
